Dr Grange is one of seven children raised here in the Treasure Valley. He attended Capital High School and Boise State University before attending the University of California, San Diego for medical school and ophthalmology residency. He returned with his wife and two children to practice ophthalmology in his hometown in 2018. He has accepted the invitation to take call for Saint Luke’s, Saint Alphonsus and West Valley Medical Centers. He regularly performs cataract surgery and other sight-saving procedures at Saint Luke’s McCall Medical Center, West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell, and in his private clinic in Eagle, Idaho.

He has special interests and expertise in cataract surgery, refractive surgery, retina treatments (injections for wet macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy, etc), eyelid surgery, and glaucoma management.
